There's been some catches on the Pleasure Lake today, the carp are feeding! This Saturday 18th February the Pleasure Lake and Top Lake are open for day tickets.

All matches are back to normal this weekend. The open is on Railway or Willow (draw at venue at 9am) and the Teams of 5 Winter League will go ahead on Railway, Willo and Pleasure Lake, draw at Barford.

Lakes are starting to thaw now - woop woop! Barford is completely clear.
Will assess Railway tomorrow and will know more then but it's looking promising for the weekend.
Thursday will be either Willow or Railway and the same for Saturday. Willow should thaw quicker as some of the lake was kept clear with the aerators.
Sunday's Teams of 5 winter league should go ahead - Daniel will contact team captains on Friday if there are any problems and we will update the News section.
No sub zero temperatures for 5 days - practically tropical!!

The draw will now be at BARFORD Lakes on Saturday 11th February. We have The Pleasure lake, Match Lake and Willow Lake free for fishing.
Depending on driving conditions, anglers booked in and pegs free will determine which lakes will be fished. A decision will be made on the morning.
Draw at 9am. £16 and £21 inc Golden Peg.

Railway is solid with ice so the open match on the 4th Feb will be fished at Barford on the Pleasure Lake and Top Lake. The draw will be 9am with fishng from 10am till 3pm.
Sunday 5th Feb Teams of 5 Winter League is cancelled, but Daniel will run an open match on Willow and the Pleasure Lake. Draw at Barford will be 9am, please call to book in on 01603 759624.

Well the ice is finally here, it's been relatively kind to us so far I suppose!
Thursday 2nd Feb open match is on Barford Pleasure Lake, which we should be able to keep ice free.
We will know more on Friday about the weekend. But if Railway is frozen on Saturday we will move the open to Barford - please call 01603 759624 to book in and make sure you leave your contact teleohone number.
A decision will be made on Friday with regards to the Teams of 5 League matchon Sunday.
